And if you’ve never S.L.A.M.’d before, you’ll soon find that Stroller Strong Moms is a hidden gem in itself. From creative and challenging workouts filled with laughter and pain (a little soreness never hurt anyone), forever friendships between not just moms, but also their little ones, and the feeling that you can conquer anything motherhood and life throws at you (even if that means 100 burpees), Stroller Strong Moms has it all. Aside from total body workouts that will build your strength and endurance, we offer themed classes, field trips, moms nights out, playgroups, and much more!
Classes are FREE all summer long before our Grand Opening in September. Come S.L.A.M (Sweat Like A Mother) with us! Please bring a stroller, yoga mat or towel, weights if you have them, water, and snacks for your littles.

“I was out running the other night when a young girl and her Dad passed me on their bikes. The girl waved hello, and as she passed she said to her Dad, ‘she’s strong!’. This was the ultimate compliment and I was secretly giddy (for ‘skinny’ or ‘thin’ are not what I strive for), but I could not help but wish that her Mom was with her, so I could tell her that her Mom is strong, too, and share with her the source of my strength. Stroller Strong Moms has fueled my motivation to do one more burpee, run one more mile, and even take all three of my littles on an airplane by myself–I believe I can do it all because I am surrounded by other mothers who encourage the mentality that anything is possible, in fitness and in motherhood. I was not able to tell that girl’s mom how awesome SLAM is, but I can tell YOU–if you want to feel stronger, both physically, mentally, and as a mother, join us. You will sweat like a mother, wake up feeling sore (cursing my name when you walk up the stairs), but most of all, you will feel stronger in all things. And aside from how good that feels, my hope is that our children, see us as the girl on the bike did.”
Brittany is a Registered Dietitian and an ACE certified group fitness instructor. She is also CPR/AED certified through AHA. She loves burpees, bear crawls, and running with friends. B Ham, as she is affectionately called, cannot wait to SLAM with you.
