Bringing Women Together as
Moms & Athletes

Stroller Strong Moms is a unique, fun, and challenging full-body workout, but it is also so much more than just a fitness group. We are a community and we strive to bring together women as moms and as athletes. We believe in showing our children that your body is the greatest instrument that you will ever own, and that through movement you can build strength. Our classes combine fitness with comradery, and offer an opportunity for women to come together under a common goal of bettering themselves, challenging themselves, and becoming the best version of themselves that they can be.
