SLAM Boss

Erin Escamilla Erin@Strollerstrongmoms.com

Erin is a Marine spouse with three boys, who loves a good run and a better burger. Moving to Monterey and having Wesley, she struggled with getting back into her passions of running and spending anytime on herself. She found a group of athletes (SLAM) who also happened to be mamas who showed her it was possible to balance physical goals with family life (and how to push her stroller without skipping a beat). Erin is a AFAA certified group fitness instructor and CPR/FIRST AID certified through AHA. While finding her tribe and pushing her limits, she was able to find her love and passion for fitness again! Erin’s favorite ways to S.L.A.M are fun runs, HIIT, and absolutely anything that incorporates the beach!

The Annapolis SLAM Team

Caitlin Scardina| SLAM Instructor

Caitlin is a mom to three boys and an Army wife. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and is certified in CPR and First Aid through the American Red Cross. Prior to SLAM, she preferred to be found in the gym. Shortly after little man number three, her husband deployed and the baby was too young to attend childcare at her local gym. Determined to still get a good workout and maintain her sanity while solo parenting, she attended her first SLAM class at Fort Hood and became obsessed. She has loved the people and support that is SLAM. Her favorite ways to SLAM are lifting weights and the friendly competition of SLAM Challenges.
