Eastman Park

Located on post at Fort Knox, Eastman Park is a convenient and fun location to Sweat Like a Mother!  The park has trails for running, an open field, tables for dips/step ups, a covered pavilion, and an amphitheater that we can be creative with.  To top it all off, Eastman Park has a park that’s great for S.L.A.M. Kids of all ages to play after class!

Dawley Park

801 Shelton Rd., Radcliff, KY 40160

Located off the beaten path in Radcliff, Dawley Park has everything we need for a great S.L.A.M. session: open spaces for sprints and strength work, paths to move the strollers, and basketball courts for wet days. Not only does this park have an awesome playground, but there’s also plenty of room for S.L.A.M. kids to run around and play with their friends after class!

Natcher Physical Fitness Center

2341 Garry Owen Regiment Ave., Fort Knox, KY 40121

With a path for running, a 1/4 mile track, pull-up bars, and tires for flipping, Natcher is a great location to Sweat Like a Mother! We love to switch up our workouts to keep things interesting and keep pursuing our goals, and Natcher is a perfect place to do just that!

Devon Collins | SLAM Boss

Devon is a military spouse and mom to two human littles, Rynly and Cormac, and two fur littles, Murphy and Khaleesi. She is a NASM/AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and is First Aid and CPR/AED certified through the AHA. Devon was born and raised in Northern California in a small town called Healdsburg, where she developed her love for the outdoors and athletics of all kinds. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Horticulture Science with a minor in Entomology and puts it to good use growing a garden wherever the Army sends her family!

Devon began her S.L.A.M. journey in 2016 in Columbus, GA when her daughter was a 1 year old. The immediate camaraderie and love she felt from a group of moms she just met went unmatched and she was hooked from the beginning! After leaving Fort Benning, the Army sent her family to Fort Hood where she was an OG SisterHOOD S.L.A.M. mom and instructor! Her favorite forms of exercise are hiking, HIIT, and heavy weight training, but she is really trying to enjoy running too!

Devon lives by the motto “Find your tribe. Love them hard.” and she has truly done that in joining this amazing S.L.A.M.ily!

Elli Moreno | SLAM Boss 

Elli is a military wife and girl mom of two hilarious SLAM kids. She is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, NASM certified personal trainer and is First Aid and CPR/AED certified through the AHA. Elli was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and has a lifelong love for sports and fitness. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and spent five and a half years as a Military Intelligence Officer before deciding to stay home full-time with her girls.

After getting out of the Army, Elli was searching for a community and wanted to get back to exercising. She joined Stroller Strong Moms El Paso in January of 2020 and it was love at first S.L.A.M. This community has taught her about the importance of a village and ignited a passion for helping other moms reach their health and fitness goals. Elli’s favorite ways to S.L.A.M. include HIIT and heavy weight training.
