We are so excited to bring the SLAM community to mamas who do not have the opportunity to benefit from a local SSM. This eight week exercise and accountability program is sure to have you sweating though the holidays. We have new and exciting additions to the previous program and cannot wait to get started. Holidays are the toughest time to stay on top of fitness and nutrition plans. We’re here to help! With accountability from other moms, weekly nutrition & fitness goals / challenges & tips on staying healthy throughout this crazy time of year, PLUS 4 -5 workouts a week!!
What are the Details?
- Closed Facebook group for live workouts, accountability, encouragement, tracking of results, sharing recipes and more… a community!
- At home workouts FOUR days per week from TWO certified group fitness instructors (including extra workouts with Alexa Smith!)
- Two LIVE one hour Q&A sessions from our in house Registered Dietitians, Tiffany Ricci and Brittany Hampton
- Two LIVE Yoga Sessions from Bikram and Power Vinyasa Yogi, Bridget Hall
- Weekly fitness and nutrition mini challenges
- Weekly exercise/ nutrition tips
- An initial and final fitness assessment / weigh in / body measurements
- Help setting long term + weekly goals + of course, CRUSHING them
- Weekly MVPs

Who are the Instructors?
Hi! I’m Casie Bucci. I’m a mother of 2 boys (3 and 9 months) and a previous SSM instructor. After my first Columbus SLAM session in Jan 2015, I was immediately hooked. I fell in love with the insanely BA workouts, positive environment, and built in support group. Women empowering and encouraging each other- what’s not to love?! I’ve been active my whole life – but SSM really fueled my passion for fitness and began my love of running! In summer 2015 I became an instructor & loved every minute of it! Since moving back to the Chicago suburbs, I’ve missed this amazing community. I have been excited for another opportunity to SLAM with amazing women ever since our first ever Virtual Get Fit Challenge in March! I am beyond trilled to virtually SLAM again & cannot wait to work & workout with Janet again!!
Hey! Janet Daly here! I’ve been a personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2009. I have two boys- a 3 year old and a 4 month old. We’ve recently relocated to Newport, Rhode Island after living in Columbus, Georgia for 4 years. When I was pregnant with my oldest, Bridget Hall (our yoga instructor) convinced me to come to SLAM and I was amazed at the friendships and HARD workouts! Since moving, I have really been missing my tribe and am so excited to be involved again. I love circuit workouts, running hard, and of course sweating like crazy. Casie is an awesome motivator and I am so glad to be teaching with her again!! Let’s get to work y’all 😘

Honestly, I’ve been doing home workouts for 5 years now and nothing compares to these workouts. Maybe because they are real, non scripted, funny and the fact Casie had a tiny little baby in the first video was proof it can be done physically and with some distractions. I always wait for the perfect time to workout, but you’ve demonstrated the perfect time is now! And to just get it done.
